The UNITEMP team took part in this year’s edition of MEATMANIA, which took place at the Inter Expo Center – Sofia, from November 8 to 11, 2017. Together with the parallel forums – World of Milk, Bulpek, Wine Salon, Interfood and Drink and Sihre. This is one of the biggest business events in the capital, not only in the food industry, but in general for business in Bulgaria.

One of the highlights of our presentation was DRY AGED BEEF, which is produced according to proven technology and complies with the requirements for DRY AGING worldwide. During the daily tastings at our stand, guests and visitors had the opportunity to taste the rich flavor and tender structure of our mature meat, which was prepared on site by Chef Stanchev.

At the once again “Gold Medal and Diploma” competition for review and evaluation of quality and original market products, UNITEMP won a Gold Medal specifically for DRY AGED BEEF.

The design of our stand also impressed the organizers of the event and UNITEMP also received a Certificate for impressive participation at MEATMANIA 2017 from the Association of Meat Processors in Bulgaria and Inter Expo Center.
